Les Schwab Tire Center

Came in needing a valve stem replaced. Took a seat and waited. After a hour I checked to see how much longer. Was told I was next in line. After 45mins and people getting service (that arrived an hour after me) I decided to leave. Spoke with a couple guys to explain my frustration and one guy was Assistant Manager Shelby. He took it upon himself to immediately take care of my tire !! It had a few issues that he repaired and sent me away in a much improved state of mind about Les Schwab. Thank you so much Shelby !!!! I'm sorry the desk folks were not as helpful, they were never rude, but also knew how long I had been waiting. Shelby gets 5 stars, which brings the overall down to 3 stars......

★★★★★ One of the best tire and oil-change experiences I have ever had! On August 12, I pulled my 2020 Coachmen Leprechaun motorhome, built on a Chevy 4500 chassis, into the brand-new Les Schwab Tire Center at 102 Barrelman Street in Belgrade. I may have been among this store’s first customers, and the entire team made it an experience worth remembering. Brandon took care of me at the front desk, while Deegan, Riley, and Isaias worked in the tire bay. I want to recognize each of them, but everyone in that shop deserves credit. They were enthusiastic, polite, professional, and genuinely proud of doing the job correctly. They installed two new LT225/75R16 Confidence LTS tires, balanced the wheels, replaced the valve stems, and completed a full-synthetic oil change. Buying tires and servicing a motorhome can be stressful because you need to know that every detail has been handled properly before returning to the highway. This team understood that responsibility. They carefully checked their work and made certain everything was right before I left. My RV drove perfectly afterward, and I left with complete confidence in the work they performed. The experience reminded me of the old

Going through Bozeman our camper tire stem started leaking air. Took it to this Les Schwab location and had the best service! (I think his name was) Stephan quickly identified the issue, took the tire off and repaired it. We were back on the road in 20 minutes! We are from Arizona and do not have Les Schwab locations, but when they do, you have a future customer here. Thanks again to the great staff there!

Didn't get any tires or any work done. I stopped to see if they would swap two of my semi Drive tires which they refused due to lack of tread. It is a bummer for me but I know it's a liability issue and I have a lot of respect for them and the standards they hold themselves to and don't compromise for a few extra bucks.
